I am the loneliest girl in the world

I dont know where u are or even who u are but all i know is i really really need u right now
PLEASE SAVE ME! :'(
As my cuts multiply, as i fall deeper into this maddening world, i cannot bring myself to the surface drowning in my own misery.
I'm the lowest weight ive been for about a year having a bmi of 13.9 is euphoric yet i dnt think i am living.
I am JUST existing
